Shipping policy

Trio Truck delivers directly to your home or office, weekdays, anywhere in South Africa. All delivery and tracking details are supplied to you via email throughout the process. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of R99 countrywide, or free delivery for orders with a minimum spend of R1000.

We strive to deliver to you as fast as possible normally between 2-7 working days. If stock is unavailable, this will be communicated to you and alternative arrangements can be made (replacement or refund).

Once your order is with the courier and a tracking number assigned, this will be communicated to you via email and you can then track your order to know when it will be delivered.

We make use of various courier partners - please allow for 48 - 72 hours for delivery from receiving your tracking number as the couriers follow their own schedules.
